Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed securely by Clerk, our authentication provider).

Marketplace Credentials

To connect your seller accounts, we collect Amazon SP-API keys, Walmart Seller API credentials, and Alibaba App Keys. These are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use NexArb, including deals viewed, actions taken (Buy/Skip), scan frequency, and dashboard interactions. This helps us improve our service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and log data when you use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexArb ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

NexArb provides an automated arbitrage intelligence platform that scans retail products, calculates margins, and routes deals across Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and Alibaba sourcing channels. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about profitability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Amazon or Walmart seller account to use NexArb. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Marketplace Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of NexArb complies with Amazon's, Walmart's, and Alibaba's terms of service. NexArb is not responsible for account suspensions or penalties imposed by any marketplace.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Using NexArb to violate any marketplace policies
  • Sharing your account with unauthorized users
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems
  • Using NexArb for any illegal purpose
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access

7. Intellectual Property

NexArb and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Five S LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEXARB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC DEALS OR PROFITS WILL RESULT FROM USE OF OUR SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVE S LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Clara County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Billing Terms

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card is required to start. If you add a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the monthly rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all features until then.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.

Downgrades & Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time — the difference is charged immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Data Encryption

  • In transit: All data transmitted between your browser and NexArb uses TLS 1.3 encryption
  • At rest: All sensitive data including API keys is encrypted using AES-256
  • Database: Supabase provides encrypted PostgreSQL with automatic backups

Authentication

Authentication is powered by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity platform. We support:

  • Email and password with bcrypt hashing
  • Google OAuth 2.0
  • Automatic session expiry after inactivity
  • Brute force protection and rate limiting

API Key Security

Your Amazon SP-API, Walmart, and Alibaba credentials are stored encrypted and are never logged, displayed in full, or transmitted to third parties. Credentials are only used to make authorized API calls on your behalf.

  • UFW firewall with restricted port access

Marketplace Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your arbitrage activities comply with all applicable marketplace policies. NexArb provides tools and intelligence — purchasing decisions and compliance are your responsibility.

What is NexArb?
NexArb is an AI-powered arbitrage platform that automatically scans 14,000+ retail products daily, verifies margins across Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, and routes each deal to the most profitable channel. When both channels are gated, it finds equivalent products on Alibaba for private label sourcing.
Do I need an Amazon or Walmart account to use NexArb?
Yes. NexArb is designed for active Amazon FBA and/or Walmart WFS sellers. You'll need at least one active seller account to connect. You can start with just Amazon and add Walmart later.
How long does setup take?
Most sellers are fully set up within 15-30 minutes. The onboarding wizard guides you through connecting your Amazon SP-API credentials, Walmart API keys, and setting your deal filters. After that, NexArb runs automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan ($199/mo value). No credit card is required to start. You'll only be charged if you add a payment method and don't cancel before the trial ends.

How It Works

How does NexArb find deals?
NexArb integrates with Tactical Arbitrage to scan retail store products and compares them against Amazon and Walmart marketplace prices. It checks gating status via Amazon SP-API and Walmart Seller API, calculates real margins including all fees, and presents only profitable opportunities.
How accurate are the margins?
NexArb uses real-time marketplace prices and applies actual Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS fee schedules. We also apply a 50% Walmart floor filter — any deal must be profitable even if the Walmart price is 50% lower than the Amazon price. Deals are labeled "Verified" (real-time prices confirmed) or "Estimated" (based on scan-time data).
What is the Alibaba sourcing feature?
When a product is gated on both Amazon and Walmart, NexArb automatically searches Alibaba for equivalent products suitable for private label sourcing. It calculates potential margins, minimum order quantities, and sends you a sourcing opportunity alert with a direct Alibaba search link.
How often does NexArb scan?
NexArb runs three automated scans daily — at 5:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 9:30 PM Pacific Time. The AI reviewer runs 15 minutes after each scan to score and rank the top opportunities. You can also trigger a manual scan from the dashboard at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then. No cancellation fees apply.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact support@nexarb.io for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is my Amazon API key safe?
Yes. All marketplace credentials are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your API keys are never logged, never displayed in full after entry, and never shared with any third party. They are used exclusively to make authorized API calls on your behalf.

Common Billing Questions

When am I charged?

Your 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. If you add a payment method, you'll be charged on day 15 and monthly thereafter on the same date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency at this time.

Will I receive invoices?

Yes. A detailed invoice is emailed after every successful charge and is also available in your Billing dashboard.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll retry 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment is not received, your account will be paused (not deleted) until the issue is resolved.
